Is it safe if I have a health condition?Absolutely. We specialise in working with people who have long-term conditions. Safety and comfort are always our top priorities.

Can I join a group instead of going one-to-one?Yes! We offer both private and small group training sessions around St Albans. You can choose what feels right for you.
